Terms of service
Agreement
These terms apply to usevellum.fun, the drafting table, agents, the agent API and all other services Vellum offers (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service and trading digital assets is legal where you live. Do not use the Service if it is not.
No financial advice
Vellum is a tool. Templates, field notes, the node reference and the output of AI parts are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and AI output can be wrong. You alone decide what your agents do.
Your agents and your funds
- Once you sign off a sheet, your agent acts on its own and can buy, sell and transfer assets from its wallet without asking you again, unless you turned on “Confirm before executing” for that part.
- You are responsible for every transaction your agents make. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
- The per-trade limit, daily budget and minimum reserve reduce risk but are not a guarantee against losses. Prices, slippage, fees and failed or delayed transactions are part of on-chain trading.
- Only fund the agent wallet with amounts you can afford to lose, and keep your account credentials safe.
- Run a sheet in preview before you let it trade with real funds.
Third-party services
Swaps route through Jupiter, market data and RPC access come from third-party providers, and AI parts use external models. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their prices, data, availability or errors.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- break any law or help others do so, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules;
- manipulate markets, for example through wash trading, spoofing or coordinated pump schemes;
- attack, overload or probe the Service, or get around its limits and security;
- access other users' accounts, wallets or data;
- publish templates or content you have no right to share.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep the rights to the sheets and content you create. By marking a sheet as public you allow us to show it to other users and let them copy it into their own sheets.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or end features, and we will try to give notice of changes that affect running agents.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, profitability or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellum is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from the actions of your agents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, the new terms apply.
